Manufacturing

Our Manufacturing Approach.

Different product families require different manufacturing processes. The six stages below describe the approach that guides how Kanem products are made — from raw material selection to distribution. Facility photography will be published once it is available.

Production stages

Six stages, one standard.

  1. 01Raw Material Selection & QualificationSelecting appropriate materials and preparing them for the intended product.
  2. 02Formulation & Batch PreparationPreparing product-specific formulations and production batches.
  3. 03Product-Specific ManufacturingProcessing each product according to its formulation and intended application.
  4. 04In-Process Quality ControlMonitoring the relevant production parameters and product characteristics during manufacture.
  5. 05Finished-Product Verification & PackagingChecking the finished product and preparing it for appropriate packaging and labelling.
